In October 2019, acrosser Technology conducted a satisfaction survey with primary customers – regarding all the services and products we provide.

Overall satisfaction toward Acrosser Technology’s product and service remains remarkably high.

The survey conveyed a positive message. In general, most of Acrosser customers continue to be satisfied with Acrosser’s performance. When asked how satisfied they are with Acrosser’s product and service during the past two years, 95% of customers reported they are satisfied or very satisfied, compared to 2018, the same percentage reported.  Only 4% reported dissatisfied – a decrease of 1% from 2018.
